In an ever changing world, we embarked upon a journey that brought us back to our roots. It helped us embrace traditions along with artisanal and organic processes.

Our journey led us to Oaxaca, where we came across a place that emanates passion for artisanal and sustainable production.

We met a young rebellious Master Mezcalero, who shared his love for the land and the artisanal 500 year old process of making mezcal with us. In that moment MONO ROSA Mezcal was born with the intention to share this passion with the world, bringing people together.
