Our newest batch “Amanecer” follows our “Alba” batch. Amanecer finally represents the light of a new day, therefore calling a new beginning. “Amanecer” characterizes itself through sweet and citric aroma notes, a smooth smoky taste, and a cooked agave and dark chocolate finish.

AGAVE. 100% Organic Espadín Joven (Agave Angustifolia) 8-12 years.

ORIGIN. Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca, México.

ALCOHOL VOL. 40%.

COOK. Earthern Oven.

FERMENTATION. Natural Wooden Barrels.

MASH. Tahona Stone Mill, horse driven.

DISTILLATION. Copper Still.

PRODUCTION. Artisanal.
