2 Ounces Mono Rosa Mezcal

5 mint leaves

1 squeezed lime or lemon

2 spoons sugar

Seltzer Water

Put mint leaves combined with sugar and lime juice in glass. Mash together to extract the mint flavor. Add mezcal and ice and fill up with seltzer water.
